As a wedding planner, I act as the on-site coordinator and point of contact for all vendors – both during setup and throughout the entire event. I ensure that the schedule is followed, everything runs smoothly, and I provide dedicated support to the couple and their guests on the wedding day – and, if needed, for any additional events.
LOCATION
As your wedding planner, I carry out a personalized search for the perfect location for your wedding. You will receive a presentation from me featuring a selection of suitable venues.
Vendors
I support you with a tailored full-service planning experience – from the initial idea to the execution on your wedding day. Together with a team of experienced vendors, I turn your vision into reality. The packages vary depending on the level of support and the number of planning meetings.
BUDGET PLANNING
To help you keep your budget under control at all times, I create a budget plan at the very beginning. This plan is continuously updated and adjusted throughout the entire wedding planning process.
CONCEPT
I will create a draft of a modern and personalized design concept based on your vision – one that brings together all elements to form a cohesive and harmonious overall look.
SCHEDULE
Creation of a detailed timeline for your wedding day – from getting ready in the morning to the first dance in the evening – so you can enjoy your day without stress or time pressure. I stay in continuous contact with all vendors to ensure that all agreements and timings are perfectly coordinated and followed.
VENUE PLANNING
Whether for an outdoor, indoor, or combined concept, I carefully select venues that harmoniously reflect the couple’s style, personality, and budget.
IDEA, CONCEPT
My approach to personalized event planning is the same as for wedding planning. We’ll meet for a personal consultation, either in person or via Zoom, to discuss the details of your celebration.

SURPRISE PARTY
I plan everything without the knowledge of the person or family being surprised. When, where, and how will the surprise happen?
Who is involved? Nothing must be leaked. Only a small circle of “insiders” is allowed.

What’s the occasion? Birthday? Confirmation / First Communion, any religious Occasion? Graduation? Sports event? Return from abroad? The farewell party before an exchange year? Every age brings its own challenges, and I’m here to organize everything so the day is unforgettable and stress-free for everyone involved. With me by your side, parents, godparents, and grandparents can be guests at their own celebration and truly enjoy the day instead of having to take care of the organization of the event or evening.
Bachelor / ETTE Party
Friends, family, siblings — everyone has been there and gotten to know the person who will now stay by their side forever. Now, it’s time to celebrate properly before the wedding! I create a stylish, lively party tailored individually to you and your loved ones.
